RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Winsly is a responsible gaming operator that believes strongly in responsible gambling and setting limits on your play.
For most players, gambling is a fun and exciting recreational pastime, but for a small percentage of players, gambling can have negative side effects.
Within your account you will find an array of safe gaming tools to select from and apply to your account - anytime, anywhere, whenever you feel the need.
Applying sensible limits to your account puts you in control of ensuring that you have a safe and enjoyable experience while playing on our site. They can also reduce the potential for you to be exposed to gambling-related harm.
Protecting Minors
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to play at Winsly, and we have strict policy procedures to prevent minors from playing at our casino.
All players are subject to identification and verification checks to confirm their age and identity. We reserve the right to request valid documents at any time from any of our players, particularly if we suspect they are underage.
Minors found gambling at Winsly will have all bets placed become null and void and any winnings forfeited. Additional legal implications may follow.
If you suspect someone underage is using our casino, please contact our player support team on live chat or email [email protected]. We will take the necessary measures.
If you want to prevent minors you know from accessing our site, we recommend installing internet filtering programs such as Cyber Patrol and Net Nanny. These prevent children from accessing inappropriate material, such as gambling sites. Used correctly, they will make Winsly unavailable to minors.
Here are some other simple steps you can take to prevent minors gambling:
- Don't leave your computer or device unattended when you are active at any casino.
- Password-protect all your devices.
- Do not let underage persons participate in gambling activities, such as gambling with you.
- Keep any casino account logins secret and any payment methods out of the reach of children.
- Don't autosave passwords on your devices.
Responsible Gaming Tools and Limits
Winsly has designed and implemented tools to assist players with safe gaming.
Setting Limits
Winsly has a Loss Limit tool designed to help players spend limited money on our website. Players can set this limit directly from their account profile. In your account, you will be continuously shown information about how long you have been playing, and you can always access information about your wagers made and any prizes won.
Loss Limits
Upon account opening and at all times, players can set a Loss Limit on their account at an amount that they would be comfortable losing as a result of gambling. Loss Limits can be set daily, weekly, and/or monthly to control the amount of money lost over a set period. Once the limit has been reached, you cannot make further bets that increase the losses beyond this limit until the limit resets.
Limit Duration
The Loss Limit can be changed by the player at any time. Increases to loss limits will require a second confirmation from the player after the initial request, a minimum of 48 hours after the request. Decreases to loss limits will be applied immediately.
You may change or revoke a limit that you set on your account by contacting our player support service. Increasing or removing a limit takes effect after the following “cooling off” period which starts from when your request to change the limit is registered in our system. This shall be a 48-hour cooling-off period.
Limit Restrictions
Any limits you put in place will apply across all devices Frenwall Limited provides its games to you as far as possible.
This means players must set limits on each brand under Frenwall Limited’s license. However, players can always contact our player support team by email ([email protected]) or live chat. The support team can set up limits across multiple brands on a player’s behalf.
Account Closure
All players can permanently close their Winsly account at any time. This is a permanent decision that we can’t reverse and is separate from self-exclusion. It means you will never be able to play with us again or access your account. Due to this, we ask that you withdraw any remaining funds before taking this action.
If you have accounts at any of our sister brands, we also recommend you let our support team know if you want these closed for you too. Likewise, we advise you to close any other gambling accounts held with other operators.
We further encourage you to remove yourself from any environment in which gambling is promoted (for example, following gambling brands on social media).
Self-Exclusion via HAMPI
If you wish to self exclude your account with us, you will need to complete a form online and submit it directly to the EMTA here.
Help and Support
If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, please take the Gamblers Anonymous Questionnaire here and follow any advice they suggest on completion.
Please find a list of independent organisations that tackle problem gambling and offer support. Note that these are in English, however, most countries have their own national organisations for problem gambling. We ask you to seek these out in cases of language and cultural barriers.
In Estonia, people with gambling problems receive assistance free of charge and can get a consultation for gambling addiction. For more information, see here.
